Warranties:
- LIFE 9000 Unconditional LIFEtime warranty. This means the LIFE 9000 is Guaranteed Forever with no restrictions!
- LIFE 8100 : LIFEtime warranty on all parts / Ten (10) years warranty on labor
- LIFE 8000 : Five (5) years - full parts and labor
- LIFE 7600 : LIFEtime warranty on all parts / Five (5) years warranty on labor
- LIFE 4100 : Three (3) years - full parts and labor

Repair Policy
The LIFEtime Warranty covering parts does not apply to failure resulting from unauthorized modification; improper use; operation outside of specifications; abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit; improper installation; or unauthorized maintenance or repair. Items that are sent in for repair that have not been assigned an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return Policy
We invite you to try out our new range of LIFE Ionizers™ and enjoy the benefits for 30 days. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your ionizer that we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. Our technicians custom make each unit to your specifications at the time of the order and install the proper electrolysis chamber and add options like UV Light Technology and the Energy Frequency Technology. They also perform a full water report and then custom design your filtration system for optimum water quality. Because of the fact that units are custom built, your sale is considered to be at the time the order is placed and we provide you with a generous return policy starting at this point in time. If at any time within the first 30 days of your purchase you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, minus a 15% return fee. The unit must be returned in an as-new condition and in its original packing. "As-new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs, etc. The original shipping charges will be deducted and return shipping charges prepaid by the purchaser.
- No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
- All wholesale purchases are final.
- Units obtained through financing or lease plans are considered a final sale. Any unit purchased at less than retail or in quantity discount prices are considered wholesale.
A note to our international customers: Please be aware that you are responsible to pay for all international customs, government fees, levies and/or any other fees that are incurred.

All ionizers require periodic replacement of filters and use of citric acid cleaner for warranty purposes.
